I think I am going to try and not make up titles.. Because the titles usually only cover like a part of what my posts are about and its so hard coming up with them.

Lets start this post out by saying PINTEREST is the DEVIL! Specially when it comes to all the DELISH snacks and treats you can find on the site. Here are just a few that I have been inspired to make.

I made these lovely treats for our local MOPS group on V-day. How the heck am I to lose weight when there are so many delish recipes on Pinterest? Boo! Oh and my favorite is the Pretzel rods. Yum! Who ever first decided to dip pretzels in chocolate should be shot! :)

On a more exciting note, I currently have a Tahoe. We got it a year ago. We thought it was the perfect addition to our family. It has the 3rd row seats, which was an upgrade from the Ford Explorer that we had before it. Well this SUV was great! I love it. However the cargo room is not big enough unless the back row is up or out. Unfortunately because Ellie had to be in the back row we could only take half the 3rd row out. It just really wasnt big enough for things we have to use it for. So......
My BIL (the car dealer we bought the Tahoe from) called Logan one day and asked how we were liking the Tahoe. Logan told him we like it, but it just didnt have enough cargo room. Well BIL told him they had just got a new Saburban on the lot. They talked about it and Logan decided we were going to trade the Tahoe over for a Burban! He went tonight to meet his brother and do the swap-a-roo (again) I decided to stay home because dealing with 3 kids in a small crowed restaurant (where they met up) was hard to do, and then moving all the carseats into a new vehicle in the dark didnt sound appealing to me at all!  So we stayed home.
Here is what my new ride looks like.
Just call it the "Super Mommy-Wagon!" I am excited. However, I know parking, backing up and getting used to how much longer it is will take time. Ill be parking in BFE for a looooong while (which in the long run will be good, exercise)

*I************
You will not believe that it has taken me over a week to finish and publish this post! So I will go ahead and update on my Super Mommy Wagon. It feels just like the Tahoe when driving. Backing up isnt horrible and though I try not to park near anyone, parking hasnt been troublesome either. It's so much easier to get Ellie in and out because the mid-row seat flips forward (whereas before I had to climb in the back every time and it was painful!) Also, the built in DVD player WORKS! lol No more fighting with cords to get the screens to work. Though, the sound for the DVD player goes through the speakers right now and that kinda sucks, I have to buy IR headphones for the kids. Even though the cargo room is larger, it still isnt big enough for both Janessa & I to go grocery shopping. lol But I dont think anything really is big enough for that. Mileage is about the same as the Tahoe, so that is nice.

Overall, I REALLY like my new truck (?)

Hope everyone is having a very good week!

4 Months Old

Blaine is 4 months old! ((Tears!))

He weighs 15 lbs and 3 oz
His length is 26 and a quarter inches. That makes him 2 1/2 feet tall! WOW!

He is still breast feeding and doing great. He has had 2 bottles of formula, when Ive hard to leave him with the  Nanas. We are not starting solids yet, probably wait a couple more months. He isnt rolling over yet and doesnt like being on his belly for very long. He is doing pretty good at night, usually only wakes once or twice**. He sleeps in the pack and play still for part of the night and also in bed with me for the other parts of the night.  He is taking a pacifier. He is also making so many baby noises now. Its so cute and his smile is to die for. One dimple is always visible but if he smiles real big, you can see both. Mommy can even get him to laugh sometimes. He also loves to be held in the air, like an airplane. He has a favorite blanket, one I call the magic blankie. Its valor and Sherpa. If he is tired and I wrap him in it, its like instant and he is asleep.  His favorite toy is a similar one to this blue dog, sept his has teethers on his feet. I call it his baby.
Please slow down little guy!! You are growing to fast and making Mommy sad!
These pictures were taken in January and February (so 3 and 4 months of age)

Hope everyone had a great Hump Day. Only a couple more days till the weekend!

February Update & Pic dump

Man, I am having such a hard time blogging. Or really, doing much of anything else these days. I've even come up with my own slogan, "Im not lazy, Im just unmotivated." And its so true its sad. I always say I am going to do something, I am going to start a new trend, new goals, new projects and the next day I am totally BLUH, wiped out before the sun is even up and just flat out UNMOTIVATED! Do they sell motivation in pill for? lol That would be something worth investing in (and slipping into everyones food and drinks)

I have been sucked into the world of Pinterest! Before, when I first signed up (almost 6 months or so ago) I thought it was a weird site and not something I was interested in. Then after my mom had asked me what it was and we spend a few nights looking stuff up on it, I was hooked. So now I spend WAY TO MUCH time Pinning. In fact, Im working on a banner that says "Duh, Pinning" (Nessa & I thought it would be funny) Anyways, Ive been pinning outfits that I love and food that looks delish but is horrible on the body! What's the deal? All I want to do is lose weight, get new clothes. However, all I seem to be doing is eating. Again, its the unmotivated part of me that is holding me back. Seriously. What is my DEAL? I have a goal, I have a want, and I want it yesterday, I know it takes time and effort to get to the said goal but I cannot get off my couch. Im really hoping this warmer weather will bring me more activities outside, possible walks with the kids and maybe even get me in the mood to go to the gym when Logan gets home from work.

Ok, I think I have beat the weight loss horse to death! Lets move on to other things.

Garrett turned 2 on January 25th. Cannot believe he is already so big. He is my handful for sure.
He loves anything with tires on it. Cars, Trucks, Motorcycles, as well as piles of tires. He will point at them and yell "Tires!" He is saying so many things now. Its crazy how it just happens over night. Its still mainly one word things (Besides "Whats That" he's been saying that since forever!) He is going to be my rough and tough, always scratched up little guy. Hopefully there are NO broken bones in our future though (but not holding my breath).

We purchased a couple of calves to raise up and then have butchered, rather then spend so much money at the store on beef. Well Ellie (with Daddy's help) named them T-Bone and Porterhouse. Its so cute to listen to her say their names. The kids love to go out and help feed them.

We are totally loving this warmer weather. We went on a Ranger ride yesterday. You will hear a lot about Ranger rides as the Spring & Summer continue. They are so much fun and a great way to get outdoors. The kids really enjoy them too. They usually fall asleep at some point to or from the desination.

Alright, I think I have rambled enough for one post. Im going to try hard to post more! Everyone have a great week!
