Animals!

This morning Ellie woke up wanting to go see the animals. I told her no, that they are in Prescott. So of course she started to cry and demanding to see animals. The animals she is referring to are "Littlest Pet Shops" at Walmart almost 2 hours away. So while she was throwing her fit, I had an idea. Lets go out to the corrals and see the horses and other animals. I shared the idea with her and of course she wanted to go right then. That was at like 9:30 this morning. No chance that was going to happen. I blamed having to wait on Aunt Janessa. Telling Ellie we had to wait till she got here.. Needless to say, Ellie doesnt have good patience yet. Finally 1 pm rolled around and Nessa got here. We were ready to go. We drove out to the local corrals and unloaded. Here's some pictures.
Garrett isnt used to walking in shoes. Actually this is like the first time he has walked in shoes.

He really didnt like it much.

Ellie being gooft

"Look at my sucker!"

Aunt Nessa & Ellie

Ellie's first encounter with a horse. It must have been hungry because it tried to nibble  both of my hand and Ellie's.

Checking out the goats. I think she really liked them

Zoey (Nessa's dog) was really interested in them too

This is how Garrett spent the trip to the corrals.

After our little trip we went back to Janessa's house and hung out for a while. Garrett found my bother's porn stash amongst his Xbox games. Sneaky sneaky..

We came home and finally I got the kids down for naps. Going to try and not let them sleep till 7 again, though it may be hard. :) The silence is nice!

These pictures were taken yesterday while waiting for Janessa to come over for our walk.

Such a beautiful day! Hopefully tomorrow will be as nice too. Hope everyone else had a nice Hump Day!

Pickles and Ice Cream

No, that is not what I am craving. Doesnt even sound remotely good. However, ice cream and french fries.. I kid. I chose the title because its a name of a book, a book I would love to get Logan, if I actually thought he would read it. I know he has been through the pregnancy with me two other times, but I know he doesnt fully understand what I go though to get to the prize at the end. A lot of women say "I wish a man could expirence pregnancy and labor, so they would know how I felt." I dont care so much about the labor part, but I do wish he could for a day, feel the emotions that I am going though. To feel how tired and drained I am, even if I actually get to sleep all night. To know how it feels to feel like you are going to puke all day long and the sight of food makes you want to gag. I understand I do not get up and go to work, where I lug around huge heavy tools, up and down ladders, working on huge equipment for 12 hours.. But at least his job ends in 12 hours. Mine is a 24 hour job and there is no break. Even on his days`of I am still working, up at all hours of the night because Ellie wont sleep and then still have to get up in the morning when Garrett is ready to get up. Oh well, things never change.

In my pregnancy week by week book there are "Tips for Dad" and I have to laugh when I read them. They are simple things like "Give your partner a break, cook her favorite meal" or "give her a break and vaccum and help clean." Cant see that happening.

I guess I just wish I had one of those husbands that pampered his wife while she is pregnant. All the questions of how you are feeling, have you been sick, do your feet/back hurt, etc.... I very very very rarely hear the question "how are you feeling." I just wish he verbally thought of me more. I say verbally because I know he cares, I know he loves me, I know he has concerned about the pregnancy, he just has issues showing it.

Earlier I was thinking, "I cant wait till Easter weekend." Janessa, the kids and my self are going to my parent's house for a few days. We are going to go to Tucson to the Pima Co fair, do some shopping, girl time. Then Easter with just my parents and grand mother. I was thinking that I cant wait for the break. However, I really wont be getting a break because Ill still have the kids. Guess its more like a vacation more then a break. I havent seen my parents since Christmas, so I really am looking forward to that part.

I did take a couple of pictures of the kids today, but dont have the energy to get up and get the camera to upload the pictures. Tomorrow perhaps. Tomorrow is walk and then lunch with Janessa. Logan is going to our house in Chino to finish up cleaning it and getting it ready for our new renter. Both kids took late naps, but Garrett still seems ready to go down. I sure hope so.

Miserable Monday

Wow today just kinda sucked. No, nothing bad happened but nothing at all happened.. I sat on my butt all day long. Oh wait, thats after I laid in bed all morning long. I dont know why I was so tired, Ellie actually slept all night long and woke me up at about 5:30. Thank goodness she went back to sleep, but I couldnt. Then of course once I did go to sleep, Garrett woke up at 6:30... I just have no energy to do jack right now. I did get some sewing down and hopefully will get more done tomorrow. The kids both slept for like 4 hours, yes that was nap time!

I decided to make pancakes for dinner tonight. Boy that was a mistake. I forgot why I dont like making pancakes. Me+pancakes=FAIL! No, wait EPIC FAIL. First I forgot how crappy the electric griddle is. It doesnt warm up enough. Then of course it decided to get flippen hot and burned a set. Its a big mess and I'd just rather not make them. Oh well. Once I switched to the skillet they went fast and werent to bad.

Ellie fought me tooth and nail tonight not to take a bath. Mommy won, but she screamed the whole time. Her face was literally beat red. I wanted to take a picture but didnt have a camera or my phone on hand. I can truthfully say I dont know when the last time she had a bath was. How horrible of me! She is clean now though. I just love her hair, the ends are still curly. I never want to cut it because the curl will probably not come back.

Garrett loves the bath and gets mad when I take him out. Putting a diaper on him is like putting a diaper on a tornado or an alligator in the death roll..  He kicks, rolls, squirms and down right fights it the whole way.

Ok, seriously nothing exciting happened at all. What a life I live. I just made Ellie cry, well fake cry. Its 10 pm and time for bed and she is again fighting me. Does anyone want a 2.5 yr old? Ill ship for free!!

Im trying to decide what to do tomorrow. A walk or maybe go to the river and let the kids play in the sand and water. Hmmm.. Maybe Nessa can help shine some light on our Tuesday activity.

Time to clean the kitchen and get to bed. Im beat!! Hope everyone had a decent Monday!

Surfin' Sunday

Last night while I couldnt sleep, I was looking at the blogs I follow, when I noticed the "next blog" button at the top of the screen. Click on it and it takes you to a next blog, in no order and of all kinds of different topics. This is cool. I find all kinds of blogs that I other wise wouldnt be interested in. So I've decided to look at these random "next blogs" and post about them. Here goes.

The first blog that I came across is called "Simply Towers"

This blog is about the cutest little family. Bekah, the mom/wife, loves water and is a photographer. (Sound like anyone else?) She likes to do crafts as well. Ben, the husband, loves to read, which I find amazing. Why cant my husband take a moment to read a book?? They have two very cute little boys. Braden, who is 8 and Ryan who is 5. They both have amazing eyes and Bekah captured them well in the pictures. I happen to really enjoy following other family blogs as that is what my own blog is about.

The second blog on the "next blog" button is "Papa, Mama, and the Terrible Two"

Before I even start to read this blog, I can tell I will love it. Its a family blog and I am totally in the mists of dealing with two kids myself. I have to say that I love how both Tim & Jasmine post in their blog. Its not just one sided. Logan would never blog.. Their children are so cute and they are expecting #3 as well. :) I hope they update more.

**I do have to say, I do skip some blogs. If they are in other languages and google doesnt offer to translate, I click next. I do try to view all the blogs though. Also, if there hasnt been a new post in a year, I am going to skip it.

Blog #3 is "Common Sense, An Oxymoron?"

Oh my, another simply cute family blog. This time is a family with 5 children. Holy moly! I bet her hands are full. Kristin, the mom, sounds like she is very involved with her children and I love all the pictures of them. Another beautiful family in blog world. I look forward to reading more from her.

Today I am only going to do 3 blogs. I really need to get up and start crafting. I must get these things done. :) Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!!

I did have a lovely Sunday. Least so far. Went for our walk with Janessa and of course, Ellie did not want to walk because of the wind. Im seriously considering a double stroller. I did find a sit N stand on craigslist for $40. Hmmmm. We shall see.

P.S. Pregnancy update anyone? I am into 11 weeks. Wow! Its not going fast but its not to slow either. I just ask for more sleep and more energy!!! PLEASE :)

Sucky Saterday

Boo! That really sums up my Saturday. I still layed in bed till 11:30, not wanting to get out and deal with life. (No, Im not depressed, just pregnant) Of my to do list I posted yesterday, I got one thing partially done. I kinda got the living room and kitchen cleaned and one load of laundry done. So I kinda cleaned my house. I did not get the important things done.

I am so beyond tired of this wind!! It limits what we can do out side. Ellie doesnt like the wind. What a pain she can be. I know in time I will be complaining about how flippen hot it is out side too, but I do love the warmth of Arizona summers.

I spent a lot of my day looking at strollers on line. I cant decide if I want a trio stroller or even just a double stroller. I didnt choose to have a double once Garrett was born. He was carried in the Bjorn pack a lot as a baby and now he rides i the stroller/shopping car and Ellie walks. She is generally a great walker. Garrett will even be older when this baby is born then Ellie was when he was born, but having him mobile scares me. I dont think I can handle two walking on a side walk, next to the busy road and push a stroller. (Ellie uses the backpack leash now and does great) A double stroller would probably be good enough but then I think about how Ellie doesnt want to walk any more (see yesterday's post for picture)

Updated:
So I figured out that when I start a post on my computer and save it, then try and post it from my phone, it deletes half of the post. Booo! Needless to say, I cant remember what else my post said, so I cant go back and add it all again. Geez. Guess that is what happens what I only get tops maybe 4 hours of sleep.

Anywho... I must get dressed for our walk today. Its a beautiful Sunday! Woot Woot!!

Two A Day

I missed Thursday's post and was just to tired to post last night. I figured my two followers wouldnt mind or even notice that I had missed a post. (Though it was brought to my attention by one follower that she was disappointed in me )

Yesterday, Ellie, Garrett & I loaded up and met my sister and her son at the local diner for lunch. It was very nice to hang out with my sister like we used to a few years ago. After lunch we went back to her house to let the kids play for a while.  I was so tired when I got back home. My house is a 10 mile train wreck and i have no energy to clean it.

My Sea Bands came in the mail yesterday. I am not sure that I am wearing them correctly, if the acupressure ball is in the correct spot. However, I do know that after wearing them for a while, my wrist do begin to hurt.

I do not think I like the belly bands as much as I thought I would. It seems to roll up a lot, from the bottom. So it seems like Im always pulling it down. It is nice to have the extra length but I thought they were supposed to stay put. Here are the ones I got, just in case you are wondering: Bella Vonna Belly Bands

Today, Friday, was very uneventful and I was VERY unmotivated. I laid in bed till close to Noon! Ellie shut Garrett in her room, where he played and Ellie got into bed with me and went back to sleep. I absolutely LOATH getting out of bed in the morning. Eventually I did. I decided, after having decided not to, to go for our walk. Janessa and I try to go for walks often, its so nice to get out of the house.

I have noticed that my little girl has become very girly girl lately. My sister pushed Princess stuff onto her daughter from day one and now at 6, she seems to be tomboy-ish. However, I have never pressed or pushed  girly things on to Ellie. I have always tried to let her do her own thing and like whatever she wants to like... So with that said, today while on our walk, the wind was blowing a little. I look down at Ellie and she is holding her pony tell in her hand, mumbling something about the wind messing her hair up. The same hair that she fought me, while I was trying to fix it. She also had her pink tu-tu on.  Wow, seems I have a little princess on my hands. Im ok with that.

Not even half way through our walk, Ellie wanted to be carried. Garrett was a sleep already in the stroller. My only choice is to set her on the top, which then makes it a pain to push and steer. Darn kids! In case you cant picture this, Janessa took the liberty of taking a picture.

We stopped at the Post office, where I mail out my first clippie order and a gift for a friend. Hope she likes it all. We stopped for our suckers, the bribe for Ellie, "Be good and you can have a sucker." Needless to say, she was good but still didnt want to walk on her own.

She was so whinny when we got home. I swear this kid whines a lot!! Right now I just dont have the energy to deal with her. I hate it. Maybe tomorrow we will take her and her brother to the park. I wish I had the energy and oomph to do it more often.

Tomorrow's to-do list:

*Get house cleaned
*Go for walk with Nessa
*Park for kids
* Sew and finish a lovie order!
Four simple things and yet, I probably will only get the walk done. How sad.

Oh but on happier news, our federal tax return came today. Yeey! In all honesty, Im not sure why I am excited. I am not going to be spending the money. We are paying Logan's truck off and hopefully the Citi Bank load (Bed room furniture). That load is down really low, like below $300, so its almost done. We may also pay on the Sear's card too. We bought the dishwasher and stove with that card when we moved back to AZ, I know there is still a lot on it. I guess its just nice to have money in the account instead of seeing a low and dwindling amount.

Well Logan just went to bed so I guess I should be the good wife and join him. Even though, by the time Im changed, contacts are out and all that stuff is done, he will probably be a sleep.

Wow, is tomorrow really Saturday already?!

Happy Hump Day

Wow, Wednesday already. Time sure does fly when you are busting your butt cleaning. Boo. Needless to say even after cleaning for two days, Logan still had to go back up there today and work some more. He even said he will have to go back on his next days off. Good news though, we have a renter. She is itching to get out of PHX and has already started moving her stuff into a storage unit just down the road from the rental house. I sure hope she isnt a fruit, nut job, pain in the ass and will actually be a great renter. We for sure could use a great renter for once. She has mentioned wanting to rent it for a couple of years and possibly buying some time down the road. I wish she would buy it now for what we owe!!! No chance of that, its not worse it.. :(

Had a great day today. No morning sickness or nausea really. Once I finally got up and out of bed, I decided I wasnt going to go back to Prescott again today. Instead I was going to spend the day with my sister in law, also know as my best friend...also known as Janessa :) She came over and we loaded the kids up in the Tahoe and went to Bashas. We bought a pizza, ice cream and a few other snacks, checked the mail and came home. Then we got Wii-tarded! Well eventually we did. Had to email Logan the grocery list. We ate pizza, dealt with the kids and played Wii Party and had fun. Its always fun to just hang out with her.

So, I said I checked my mail. My belly bands came in today. They are nice and for sure make my shirts look longer, that is nice and will be really nice when my belly really starts to poke out there.

This past week Ive been kinda nervous, as a lot of pregnant women are around this time. It's like being in limbo, to early to hear a heart beat as well as to early to feel movement. Always questioning if something is wrong, is everything ok? No one can give you the answers you want but your OB and most of the time, unless there is a legit reason to be concerned, they wont see you until your next appointment. I have a hand held doppler and havent been able to hear the heartbeat yet. It says most of the time 13 weeks is the golden time to hear it but when people around you are finding it at 8, 9 and 10 weeks, it really makes it hard not to worry when you are not hearing it yet. I also have found it really hard to be on a due date message board this early on. I never was involved in one this early with Ellie or Garrett, so its completely different for me. It's so hard seeing so many women post on there "No heartbeat, lost baby" and not worry about your own pregnancy. I mean there for a while it seemed like there were as many as 3 a week posting about their loss. Its heartbreaking. I know we are getting closer to 13 weeks and that is when you are supposed to be in the clear for m/c (I think...) When I was pregnant with both Ellie and Garrett, miss carriages didnt seem so common, but thats probably because I wasnt on a message board like I am now. Then my SIL had one last year and when it is so close to home it just makes it so much more real, its happening to everyone it seems like. One cant help but worry. Specially when there is such thing as a "missed miscarriage" when the baby passes but you continue your pregancy unknowingly for a few more weeks. All I can keep thinking is "Its happening to everyone." I know, stop thinking about it, dont worry so much. Its all ok, but truthfully, its never ok until you have a health new baby in your arms.

Ok, enough of this sad stuff! Tomorrow is a new day and it is going to be a sunny, beautiful Arizona day. (It better be or my hormonal self might try something crazy)  Time for bed now, Garrett is a sleep and you guessed it, Ellie is not. Yes it is 12:05 am and my 31 month old is still a wake. SMH! :( Im sure it will be a fight too, it usually is. She is at least in her bed for now. Oh and tonight will be night number one of having the matress pad on the bed, hope it works. Maybe Ill get some cuddles in with Logan tonight. We shall see. Night all!! Hope Thursday is great and remember, its one day closer to the weekend!

p.s. No pictures today and none yesterday :( I am already starting to slack. Pictures tomorrow for sure!

Muggy Monday

(I am not good at coming up with titles. JSYK =] )

So I woke up the morning and it was raining out side. Bluh! I am so tired of the rain. I want SUN! I live in Arizona and love the warmth! I just wanted to stay in bed, unfortunately I had things to do today. I rolled out of bed, nausea knocking right at my "back door" wanting in. (or I guess out) I REALLY needed a shower and since one of my kids was still asleep, I seized the moment. While in the shower, I got sick. (Sorry if its to much info for some. ) This was the first time I have thrown up in this pregnancy. I am 10 week 3 days and thought I was almost out of the clear of morning sickness. Booo!! Of course it was just like it was with Garrett, nothing but stomach fluids.  Once I got out of the shower, I felt so drained. I didn't want to finish getting ready. I just sat on the toilet, arm on the counter, head on arm. I didn't want to move.. Again though, I knew I had too. I finally got my self dressed and ready, got Ellie all ready to go and Garrett was next. At last we were all ready to go.  Of course, it was raining hard again by that time and I have no idea where my umbrella  has disappeared to. Cant say Ive seen it since we moved, course I also haven't looked.. Hmmm. So I rushed the kids one but one out side and went back for the dog. (Little note: LaLa is our dog. She is a Lhasa Apso/Cockapoo and only about 5 months old) Finally we were all loaded into the Tahoe and ready to go. Ellie starts chanting that she is hungry and Garrett starts fussing because he didn't get any milk. (We are out...again) So we swing by the C-store on the way out of town. Stalk up on cookies, crackers, chocolate milk for Ellie and plain for Garrett. I got me something too, thinking it as an Arizona Tear "Half Lemonade Half Tea." WRONG! It was Half Something and Half MANGO! GAG!!! Decided to stop at the post office to check the mail, praying there was either Tax return checks or a check for the payoff on our last car. Neither were there, but we did get a box. Ellie's waterproof mattress pad came in, a few days early! (I love Amazon! The shipping is usually faster then what they say!)  On the road once again. Half way to town, the rain turned into sleet and then into snow... Which then started to stick. Eeek and WTH?! Snow???

Today's plans were to go to town to the house we own. It needed to be cleaned up so we could get new renters to move in. Wow, the kid who was renting it before trashed the place! Why are people so disrespectful of other people's property? Oh top of that he's been demanding his deposit back. All I have to say about that is "Hahahahaha!" I stopped at The Dollar Tree once we got to town to buy cleaning supplies.
So I once again rush the kids into the store through the snow. We get the supplies and some coloring books and toys for the kids to keep them entertained while I was cleaning.

I didn't get much cleaning done because all Ellie did was scream and cry demanding that I hold her, which I didn't do because "Mommy is cleaning the house." She just doesn't understand. She's probably thinking, "Mommy doesn't clean the house!!"  We were all getting hungry, so the kids and I went to Subway for lunch. Logan decided he needed to repaint some of the walls, so I picked up a can of "Heavenly Sand", the color we once painted the walls, a few years ago when we first moved into that teeny tiny house.

Bluh bluh bluh, sorry if this is totally boring. Sounds like I'm writing a report for the police, like my alibi to prove I wasn't at the scene of a crime. LONG Story shot, I didn't get much done. Logan got the holes in the walls filled and I got the bathroom cleaned. Tomorrow we will paint, shampoo carpets and hopefully sign a lease with new renters.

Tonight we are staying the night at the in-laws house rather then driving all the way back to Bagdad just to drive all the way back to Chino again. (2 hours one way) Its going to be a battle to get Ellie to go to sleep and I'm sure once she's down, it wont last all night.

Here are some pictures I took today. I told you I am trying hard to take pictures everyday and so far I'm doing pretty good.

Wow, guess the only pictures I got of the kids were of them sleeping. (Makes the car ride go so much better!!) Ill be sure to get more and better pictures of them tomorrow.
This is my view on the was to town. Cold and wet!
^^That is the view only about 15 minutes up the road.
These are all on the way to the in-laws house. Burr! But its such a pretty site..

Hope the sun comes out again super soon. No, I know it will. I've lived in Arizona long enough to know that it has to snow/rain one last time in March, just to freeze anything that has bloomed out. Once March is over, so is that craptastic weather.

More pregnancy updates: I felt so much better after I ate today and actually didn't feel sick to my stomach after I got sick in the shower. Also while at our rental house, Logan actually put his arm around me and asked how I was feeling. It made me wonder if he read my post from yesterday venting about him not asking that very question. LOL See, so I know he cares, even if he doesn't ask as often as I would like him to. That's ok. :)

Time to start the bed time battle. Please keep me in your thoughts in case I do not survive! Hope everyone has a good night and that Tuesday treats us well!

Something Is Missing

I have realized that since my son was born, I have not taken very many pictures. I was pretty good about taking for the first several months after his birth but since moving back to Arizona, I have defiantly been slacking! The sad part is I dont think I even really noticed that I wasnt taking very many pictures till just the other day. I've been keeping up with a blog of of parents who just lost their baby girl, suddenly with not explanation. The mom is being VERY strong and has decided to take up photography as part of her healing process. In her blog she keeps saying to take as many pictures of your LO's as you can. Basically because someday they might be the only thing you have left of your babies. Then I realized "Damn, I have been slacking soooo bad." So I am going to try hard to start taking pictures again. Of whatever the kids are doing, weather they are just watching TV, playing together, sleeping, etc. Whatever they are doing. God forbid something ever happened to any of my kids, least Ill have the photos to remember the moments.

So, why not start today. These are pictures that I have taken today.

Garrett was playing with couple of shape blocks and sticking them in his mouth.
He found my hospital cup from when I had him, I drink water out of it.

Ellie likes to wear her daddy's boots around
Garrett woke up from his nap so I was trying to pat his back to put him back to sleep.
Needless to say, it didnt work.
<3 his blue eyes

Ellie showing off one of the Felties I made.

What is a Feltie, you might be asking?? I am just starting to make felt clippies for the hair. Im hoping to be able to sell them.
^Cup cakes in 3 sizes. vOwls in two sizes
vBunnies! Great for Easter!v

Today's pregnancy up date: I of course still have nausea. BLUH!! I feel like vomiting all day long. I ordered these wristbands called "SeaBands." They are used for nausea, morning sickness and motion sickness. A fellow mommy swore by them in her last pregnancy. So I decided, why not? They will be in next week. Oh and they work through acupuncture. No drugs, etc.

Ill be sure to update once I start wearing them. I sure hope they work like the reviews say they do.

I also used my paypal money and bought me some belly bands. Something Ive wanted to buy with both of my previous pregnancies but they cost so dang much! I found a place on ebay.com and love them. Priced good too.
I knew I wanted the black and white ones but had a hard time picking the 3rd color. I went back and forth between the grey one (next to white), brown (far right), and even the denim (right side of the light blue). I finally decided on the Hot pink.  Also cannot wait to get these. Next week is going to be like my birthday. Ill get the belly bands, the Sea Bands and something else.. Hmm, pregnancy brain.. I cannot remember what else Ive ordered.. Oh yeah, a waterproof matress pad for Ellie's bed. I am SO SO SO beyond tired of having to change her bed every day because her stupid pull ups leak.

Small vent: It upsets me that Logan does not ask about the pregnancy. I know he is just a man and I cant ask to much of him, unless it has to do with repairing or building something. But it would be nice of him to ask me how I was feeling, if I had morning sickness, how far along I am.. I dont even know if he actually knows Im 10 weeks. Next time someone asks and we are together, I will let him answer. :) I know he cares, he just has a hard time showing it.

Well, its 8:20 pm and I am starving, Ellie is being a brat and Im sure Logan will be in to ask what is for dinner.  So that means I need to find something to make, spank some  kids and put them to bed. :)

Saturday Sillies & More

Im going to try and start something called "Saturday Sillies." You ask, "What is a Saturday Silly?" Well its going to be silly pictures of my kids, the dogs, hey maybe even of Logan (my husband, in case you are lost). I might even include quotes of something funny that was said or that I heard.

Here's to start. This is what Miss Ellie does every time she goes poop. She covers her nose and says yuck. She also does this when her brother's diaper is dirty or when daddy farts and it stinks. So I guess this means, her poop must stink too :) She will kill me when she is about 15-16, if she ever sees this picture. Its things like this that makes me hope I keep up with this blog and how fun it will be to have it printed out.

A bit ago we were coloring together. I got my cell phone out to take a picture of her and she gives me this cheesy face. I asked her if she was coloring and she told me "Nope, Im cheesing." Got to love the things kids have to say.

We had another rough night here, even though Ellie went to sleep at 11:30. I stayed up will 1:30 and then she woke up at 2:30 demanding I get into bed with her. I actually let her into bed with us, where she layed there for a bit. I couldnt let her stay in my bed though. Id so much rather me be in her bed then her start the habit of sleeping in our bed again. I do not know how much sleep I actually got while in there, but I did go back to my bed. Which followed with her coming in there, getting in bed with us and playing her iXL. Thankfully after Logan went to work, we both went back to sleep for a while.

I had bad nausea this morning. I hate the mornings because I cough a lot at that time. Coughing to much makes me want to throw up. I can usually push through it and not let the throwing up start. I could barely make the kids scrambled eggs though. Then I opened my son's sippy cup and the smell almost took me over.. Gag!

I have had some more energy today though. (As I sit here yawning) I have got a lot of laundry done, a load of dishes ran. I just seriously need to get this pig pen cleaned up!!

What is with this weather?? March 19th and it is 62 degrees outside. IN ARIZONA!! I am so ready for Summer. I know, everyone thinks Im nuts because Ill be pregnant through the Summer but I love it. Ill be at the pool all the time!!

Tonight, Logan says he may go to a friends house to watch UFC. I told him he had to take Ellie with him, followed with a mawhahahaha.. and of course a j/k. Though I did tell him it would be very nice if he took Garrett. We will see. For now though, before he gets home, I need to dress the kids and my self and go buy Garrett some diapers. He has been wearing Ellie's pull ups since last night. I have to say, putting a pull up on Mr. G is a lot easier then putting a diaper on him. If pull ups wear cheaper, Id buy them for him too.

What is with me and LONG posts? How do blogs become popular? I want followers, I want people to comment on my long posts and tell me their stories and feelings about what I have to say. Maybe someday.. More to come later, Im sure. :)

An explanation

I feel I need to start out my new blog with an explanation. I need to explain the title. If you read my "About me" you know that I am currently expecting baby #3, hence the 9 months. A million hours, it seems like there is a million hours in my day, but yet I am unable to get anything done, let a lone sleep. Plus there are a million hours till baby #3 comes (ok not really, but again it seems like a lot more)

I have tried keeping many blogs before and have never got very far with them. Im hoping that this one will be my lucky blog and it will thrive. For my sanity, I hope it thrives.

Here I will be posting about my pregnancy, about my life as a SAHM and wife, and the craft projects I work on (when I get the time).

So how was my Friday? It was LONG to say the least. I do not get much sleep at night. Ellie (my daughter, if you dont know this, you need to read my "about me" and catch up) likes to stay up late and wont just lay in her bed by herself watching TV. She insists that I lay in bed with her too. Which usually ends up in myself falling asleep in her bed. Thank goodness its a queen size bed. I really need to start working on a bed time routine with her, one that doesnt include me sleeping in her bed. I usually wake up between 3-4:30 am and crawl into my bed, where my nausea keeps me away for at least 30 more minutes, if not longer sometimes.

I am VERY VERY VERY grateful, thankful, appreciative, and down right thrilled that my son, Garrett, sleeps all night long. I could not imagine having to deal with two bad sleepers. Though he has been waking up around 5:30-6 am, at which time I change him and give him another bottle and he will usually go back to sleep for a couple of hours.

There is not enough sleep in a day for me though. This pregnancy is 100% different then either of my first two.   I do not have morning sickness but have 24/7 nausea. Sometimes Im not sure if it is actually nausea or that I am starving. I did have morning sickness bad with both my other pregnancies.  No heartburn (yet). My only symptoms are that I have the nausea, fatigue and TIRED! I have zero energy to get out of bed in the morning and usually lay there till 10 or so, whatever time it is that my son is tired of playing in his crib. I have no energy or motivation to clean house or do much else for that mater. I took the liberty of adding the ticker to the top  of my blog that will show you how far along I am. So you can see I just started my week 10, I hope once I hit week 13 that I get some of my energy back. My fingers are crossed for that.

So I believe this is quite the long enough post for my first entry. Plus, Ellie has finally went to sleep (before midnight!), my battery on the laptop will die soon and I believe I just heard the sounds of Garrett stirring in the night. (Well of course, I go bragging about having one good sleep and he has to defy me...)

Good night!
